Refund policy

The satisfaction of our customers is important to us. If you feel you need to return a product, contact us at info@brianjosephs.com or at (913)649-6405. All returns must be preauthorized. Please understand that personal care products cannot be accepted for return if they have been used or otherwise opened. Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and returned shipping is not included. This does not apply in cases of manufacturing defect or damage in shipment. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. We are always available to assist at the above contact methods.
